I dropped the truck off after hours so didn't have a chance to go into the location. The woman I dealt with on the phone the night before was very helpful.
Susan KUHaul services were down for almost the entire day because of a cyber attack. Consequently, I had to drive 40 minutes (and therefore many miles) to pickup the rented truck. I wished, in consideration of the situation, U Haul would allow for the truck to be dropped in other locations free of charge. Regards;
Mostafa PCalled to get truck sooner was told I could pick it up at 9am. There wasn't anyone there till 945 am and was told to bring back the truck by 1pm. I paid for 4 hours but was only given 3 hrs and 15 min. I brought the truck bavk sooner because I didn't need it anymore. The front desk lady was very nice though and trucks were very clean and so was the facility.
Shann LGeorgina was awesome and made sure I was well taken care of, I'd go to this location again if I had to.
