Very friendly service and very knowledgeable on U-Haul products and services. With only one person working there and it being as busy as it was the wait time for truck pick up was longer than expected
STEPHEN DI dropped the truck off after hours so didn't have a chance to go into the location. The woman I dealt with on the phone the night before was very helpful.
Susan KUHaul services were down for almost the entire day because of a cyber attack. Consequently, I had to drive 40 minutes (and therefore many miles) to pickup the rented truck. I wished, in consideration of the situation, U Haul would allow for the truck to be dropped in other locations free of charge. Regards;
Mostafa PCalled to get truck sooner was told I could pick it up at 9am. There wasn't anyone there till 945 am and was told to bring back the truck by 1pm. I paid for 4 hours but was only given 3 hrs and 15 min. I brought the truck bavk sooner because I didn't need it anymore. The front desk lady was very nice though and trucks were very clean and so was the facility.
