had a reservation at a different location and then when I got there to pick it up they didn’t have the truck. Went to a second location and they had some but not the size I needed. Went to the airport garage location and they had everything I needed and got me out of there quick. Returned it later that day and was in and out. Gina and the staff were great, even talked about getting some work done there on my motorcycle.

The woman was nice and helpful as an associate, but no one was there to actually help me connect the trailer. Fortunately, one of the mechanics felt sorry for me and helped me connect the trailer.
