I made numerous attempts to check the trailer back in via the website to no avail. I even called the after hours number for U-Haul, again, to no avail. Fixing that would be ideal.
JERRY PEverything went perfect. They were kind courteous, no problems. The only issue I had was when I got the truck I had to stop to even clean the windshield. It was so bugged ridden, and dirty on the outside that I had to clean the headlights for safety and the whole truck later on scrub it as hard as I could to try to get all the bugs off before I returned it after use.
SANDRA DI was charged for insurance when I declined it. My first confirmation showed that to be true. When I got my final bill the cost of insurance showed up. The Location and its personnel were wonderful.
