This was by far the best u haul experience ever. Wonderful customer service, they showed genuine care and concern. Plus this is the coolest lobby/ waiting room I've ever seen.

Location is small and on a side street. The owners are very courteous and helpful. Found the center via the internet. Will use them in the future and will recommend them to anyone needing to rent any U-Haul equipment.
DANIEL LNo real opinion.Icy conditions. No one was there.vehicle was not filled with fuel but that was how I had to return it.
Thomas MI made numerous attempts to check the trailer back in via the website to no avail. I even called the after hours number for U-Haul, again, to no avail. Fixing that would be ideal.
JERRY PEverything went perfect. They were kind courteous, no problems. The only issue I had was when I got the truck I had to stop to even clean the windshield. It was so bugged ridden, and dirty on the outside that I had to clean the headlights for safety and the whole truck later on scrub it as hard as I could to try to get all the bugs off before I returned it after use.
