When I first arrived there was an issue with my self check in. My account was flagged due to having an outstanding balance back in 2019, even though I have rented several uhauls since then with out an issue. I had to sit on hold for 30 mins to resolve this. Once my account was cleared I then tried to do the self pick up, none of the pictures would load even after several times of taking picture, pressing use picture, and restarting the app. It took almost an entire hour of just trying to pick it up.
