The shop was nice and I got quick service. My only complaint would be that I did the reservation in store due to the website not accepting my card. The person helping me added on the extra tow coverage however I do not add this coverage due to my insurance covering it if necessary. I did not notice it until it was too late.

This place which also does oil changes was supposed to be closed on the Saturday I was dropping off. so I was going to have to use the U-haul app. Fortunately, when I arrived, although they were indeed "closed" there were people working on cars and the gentleman who came out to help me couldn't have been nicer. He did the check-in process for me, backed the truck into the parking space for me and even asked me if I needed a ride back to my new home which was a short distance away. These people know what customer service is all about and I couldn't have had a more pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this place if you are dropping off a U-haul.
