I also rented a trailer from this location but I had to drive several miles to pick up the trailer at a different location. I was not aware of the trailer options and an explanation would have helped my decision to rent the appropriate trailer to transport the vehicle I needed to move. Instead I had to go back and forth and travel to a third location to pick up the auto transport trailer for my move which added unnecessary miles that ultimately I was required to pay for under additional mileage.
