There was no gas in the tank when I picked up the truck. It was confusing the entire time because I had to go out of town to pick up and then they wanted me to drive over an hour to return it. The pick up agent was nice and she did stay in contact throughout the process.

Customer service at the location was great. Talked to the manager Nancy upon return, she just wanted to know how everything was and how the equipment was and made sure that I had everything I needed. people working at the counter were very helpful. Definitely use them again.

RONALD RWhen I arrived the morning of the rental they were not ready. It had not snowed in two days, however they still had not cleaned any of the vehicles or gotten any out of their lot. They were slow and made excuses constantly refusing to take responsibility. After me clearing out snow around the truck with a broken shovel they gave me . I had to enlist a local to tow the truck out of the yard. They tried to send me on the way with two feet of snow on the roof (I have pictures of everything) which is a traffic violation in Ontario where I rented the uhual. After clearing all the snow I opened the back to find it dirty and broken glass all over the floor. I had shown up 15 mins early for my 0830 rental time and used the app to start the pickup and rental however wasn’t even able to leave the lot before 0930. They staff refused to take responsibility and was combative until my wife took them aside and reasoned with them to apologize. I have rented many u huals over the past twenty years and have usually had a good experience. This was by far the worst rental experience I have had in my 40 years on this planet. Horrible!
simon BClean off your trucks and make sure the selected retailer gets some form of notification. The owners said they didnt know I had rented it until i arrived. I also cleaned 2 and a half feet of snow off the top of the truck because their guy was too afraid to get on it.
