They don't fill up the trucks with gas, which would make it easy as "pick it up full tank and then fill up the truck full tank". Instead I got the truck 1/4 tank of fuel 97 miles until empty, I had to put $40.00 gas to guess what we would use before leaving the lot with the truck. Getting it right I returned the truck 94 miles until empty and then U Haul still tried to charge me $29.84 for gas after returning it. I of course called them and they gave me a refund for that as I put in and used almost exactly that, but the fact that I even had to do that was ridiculous.
Kristen HNancy is amazing. So friendly helpful ans explains everything. Rental went smooth with no surprises. Honestly the best customer service person around. We will continue to.purchase items in her store as well as fuel. Definitely recommend her. Were so happy. and Lorraine

Cayra DA stand to support the tongue of the trailer so its not sitting in the dirt or mud. It would make it easier to attach to vehicle, wouldn't need to heavy lift as far onto hitch.
