Please for next time, detail that a 2" ball is required on your rentals. I had to go out and buy another hitch but thankfully the hardware store was only about five minutes away.

DARRYL MAlthough the truck wasn’t as clean as expected, lots of sand in the back and in the interior cabin area, the staff was amazing!!!! And the efficiency of pick up and drop off was the best we’ve experienced in all our U-Haul needs.
JENNELLEMARIE EHeadlights were out and I picked up right before I needed them. I had to take an alternate route to stay on well lit roads which was a huge hassle and The truck bed had a lot of rocks, dirt, and soil.
