First, the app for receiving the truck wouldn’t let me take a picture of mileage (last part) because error says (too many pictures). Locator says don’t worry. Mileage was below 3/16 (was mark 1/4 on app. when i came back, no employee available to return truck (just parked it). An hour later got my bill online, extra charges for fuel…Went back to see owner, i showed him the photos in my phone as proof. Said he would reverse the extra charges monday morning. I would like a callback on my phone and a 25% discount because of these problems.

On’a changé d’endroit pour la prise de possession la veille. Merci pour le rabais, mais quand même dommage en sachant que j’avais reservé une semaine à l’avance. La personne avait de la difficulté avec son français. Elle ne savait pas que j’avais besoin de couvertures j’ai dû lui remontrer mon bon de commande. Sinon, ok!

Michel DEssayer de choisir les adresses de retour plus proche. J'ai fait plus 25 minutes juste pour aller retourner le camion alors qu'il y a les agences qui étaient juste à 4 kilomètres de mon adresse et cela m'a coûté beaucoup d'argent non seulement en gaz mais aussi en taxi.
