The service was excellent in every regard. Conan was very professional and provided helpful advice.
Edward DU haul is a little extreme with the photo identification process. Makes me feel uneasy. And there are still people out there who still do not have cell phones. What then? That’s on u haul. Not the place I rented from. Conan was outstanding and a super great guy to deal with. Very pleasant.
TROY LStill waiting for confirmation that the truck was returned. Now I have to make another trip to this location to make sure I am not going to be charged for late drop off when we were early by 1 day
Kelly WThe only issue was we had to rent the biggest truck which wasn't needed as the 10 ft on site was not big enough. It would have been good to have a mid size truck available between the 26 ft and the 10 ft. Other than that the operator was very nice and very helpful.
