Had difficulties with the App check in (during non business hours) because my reservation wasn't linked to my account. Pick up took an hour which was annoying. The help desk helped resolve this by telling me to use the toolbox and link my reservation. Otherwise the staff at the location was fantastic and pleasant to deal with.

DONALD MThankfully, they were available to help us after hours and remove the U-Haul from our hitch because the young man at the pick up location dropped it with such a great force that it was not removable without the help of two additional adults, strategy and tools we didn’t have. Not sure if they saw us on their security cameras, or if they just needed to come to their location that night, but either way, we appreciated it. Not sure what we would’ve done otherwise.
