I was supposed to be able to pick up the trailer at 8:00 am. The employee did not show up until 8:20. He couldn’t print my rental agreement due to printer wouldn’t print and he did not know how or care to know how apparently, to fix it. The tardiness has happened before from this location.

Mark AMy truck was ready and waiting. I had called the previous day to ask about a pick-up time, and he was open about his availability and helped me decide to go with his location in Valentine, NE, rather than one in Winner, SD. He was courteous and efficient as I picked up my truck shortly before 5 PM on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend.
