Be better informed on the vehicles that can be used. Our 2021 Camry hybrid now has a check engine light on because we used a tow dolly. We were told it wouldn’t be a problem. It’s a problem.
ANTHONY CEverything is great at this place fast service very well explained just the uhaul we we're rented did not drive great kept pulling to the right even before it got loaded up which wasn't not over all safe but the people are pleasant and very helpful
HAYLEY CMaybe I didn't read all the info that was sent to me by U-Haul, but filling out all the info, the alternate person, their phone number, would have been great to have it done prior to the day of. The U-Haul videos were helpful. It was overall a great experience.
Jonathan DThe 5x8 trailer we rented smelled like livestock animals. It had straw and mud on the inside floor and ramp area. The trailer did serve the purpose we rented it for and functioned properly.
