I feel the cost was high. Luckily I bought the additional insurance and roadside assistance. I real realized once I arrived at my destination that I had a flat tire on the driver's side outer tire. I 100% believe it was flat before I left the rental place. The truck handled poorly and I couldn't figure out why. Why should I have to pay an additional fee to have the roadside assistance safeguard? That is a uhaul thing, not a me thing. That trick should be thoroughly examined before renting it out. It wasn't just low pressure. It was completely empty. Customer safety should be a priority, and should NOT be an extra expense.
