Always great service
BRIAN SWhen we went to pick up the U-Haul during inspection, both windows were rolled down passenger and driver. Everything appeared to be clean inside, but after we close the windows and picked up the truck there was a strong smell of marijuana. Tar still stuck in the whole truck we were already on our trip we didn’t return, however it was so awful. We had to stop by air freshener to put in there to try to make the rest of our trip we had the truck for about 15 hours and all of us returned back to our house with headaches. The owner just squirted a little air freshener in there called it a day very disappointed.
Norman HPlease make.sure to have the vehicle.set out and ready for the customer. I could not take the initial pictures of the sides of the truck without moving it as the truck was tightly parked between two other trucks.
