Very confusing with key box on one side of locked gate and vehicle on other side and then the key was inside vehicle....??? Return equally confusing as pickup location was unavailable for drop off and had to leave on street where sign had no parking hours

No one was on site to assist us. The keys were left with a mechanic and we were told that the truck was in the street. The truck was filthy!!! Never again would I use this location or recommend them. They are a hung disservice to your company. Someone from your company should pay them a site visit!
Anita Nthe guy was not good at explaining the checkout process and had gave very vague instructions, gave emptied the gas tank but wanted to fill it up; otherwise going to charge me the full price for gas, $120.
PARGAT SIncredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. I want a full refund. Made me way 30 minutes and put that I returned the U-Haul 3 hours after my reservation time when I returned it OVER TWO HOURS EARLY.
