Incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. I want a full refund. Made me way 30 minutes and put that I returned the U-Haul 3 hours after my reservation time when I returned it OVER TWO HOURS EARLY.

Zachary MPlease make it easier to change reservations via *website*, not app.. to do self-check-in/pick-up in lieu of during shop hours. Very helpful staff at the uhaul were quick to sort out the issue (the manager/owner wasn’t yet at the shop and hadn’t left his house yet, at the time of my arrival/pick-up, so i couldn’t take my rental off the property.. but had i chosen self-pickup or whatever the option is called, i could’ve circumvented the delay.
