Overall a good experience. My only issue was that I ordered 3 dozen moving pads when I reserved the truck. When I picked it up, I thought the package of pads in the truck was the 36 I ordered. As it turned out it was only six in a sealed package. In the end I paid for 36 moving pads and only received 6. It’s not the end of the world but I don’t like being charged for something I did not receive.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe process was smooth at this location and the clerk was very helpful.
Lauren EThe entire rental experience was great. I would rent another truck from this location and recommend this U-Haul to others.
Bill LThe bar for u haul dealers is not very high. But in comparison they are better than the average, if that means anything.
Peter DThe online booking system allowed the use of a Debit/Credit card, but when we went to pick up the truck that card was not allowed. If it's possible to close that loop so that the system won't accept anything but a straight Credit card, that would be helpful.
