How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe person I originally spoke to pick it up wasn’t overly friendly or helpful, and when I dropped off the vehicle that rep was friendly. I showed the customer service rep that the fuel when I got it was a little less than half full - I have a photo and showed them, so I topped it up to a little less than half full, and I was still charged a fuel surcharge.

Mike BThey couldn’t find my reservation, however after I showed him it on my app he gave me a truck. The van was very dirty when I picked it up. It had a broken side view mirror, making it difficult to see when lane changing. When I returned it later that night the gentleman was very helpful. I’d suggest parking lot lights as it was pitch black where I had to park it behind the building.
