Vehicle dusty inside and looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The representative did. Not walk around vehicle to identify damage pre inspection. Couldn’t provide me receipt upon request. Might as well have your store outside as it would have been cleaner

I was over-charged. I had specifically indicated that I did not need insurance coverage AND the mileage when I returned the vehicle was 46902, 4 miles less than what I was charged. Please issue refund!
