lack of pads that i ordered in advance, because of that issue we broke the mirror during transportation and damaged other furniture. now i have to pay extra money to fix that. thanks a lot!!!
Mariia PBe upfront about the costs. They took one payment at the time of rental and then a week later for 120ish dollars. The truck sounded like it was in need of a muffler and it was surface clean only.
Misty Ki did it on line but when i went to pick the truck up the guy was really friendly fast and had me on m way .
James MI booked this truck for a move. I booked extra supplies and moving pads. When my partner picked up the truck they didn't mention the supplies and as a result didn't provide them. When I called to ask why they weren't provided, the guy on the phone told me they didn't have them and had cancelled them from my order. A heads up would have been nice, I had booked the supplies with the truck weeks earlier to avoid having to scramble on my already stressful moving day. A call ahead of time or even a courtesy call with an update admitting they weren't organized would have been nice. I guess my point of this review, don't expect much, if anything beyond a vehicle.
