The uhaul app is incredibly bad and full of bugs. I had to submit so much information multiple times during the booking process online and again on the app. I was not able to upload photos during inspection at all due to bugs. It is not clear during reservation process that the app is needed to start driving.

Kathryn HVehicle dusty inside and looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The representative did. Not walk around vehicle to identify damage pre inspection. Couldn’t provide me receipt upon request. Might as well have your store outside as it would have been cleaner
Byron WI was over-charged. I had specifically indicated that I did not need insurance coverage AND the mileage when I returned the vehicle was 46902, 4 miles less than what I was charged. Please issue refund!
