Better location, poor communication

WILLIAM H1.-Credit card payment system does not work so bring cash or another bank credit card for a rental payment. 2.- Slow process to process the rental resulting in less time to return the vehicle. 3.-No print or hard copy receipt available at the return time. 4.-Rental contract is endless so it’d you want to know exactly the addendum’s you better have time to go through several pages of information. 5.-Vehicle fleet can be better more clean and well maintain. 6.-Parking spot can be improve.
