The attendant that whom I returned the keys to was extremely rude and did not give proper customer service. I'm never going back to this brand again and have informed my friends and family of the bad experience at this branch.

the cost and information was not communicated properly and I'm still without a final receipt. My previous u-haul experience was much less costly, however the location was convenient.
LEON KI am charged for two days despite i used it only for 20 hours. I contacted customer support and received no help. And the double charge wasn't only for the truck rental but also for the insurance and the dolly. I had a very bad experience. Let alone recommending uhaul to friend I myself will refrain using uhaul

KRZYSZTOF KHi there I was invoiced $123.51 from Fraser view location on the weekend. I was charged $253.07 on my card. I was told it's a deposit. I would like my deposit back please.
