The clerk filled out the contract on-line but did not ask if we needed more information. We had been under the impression that we would be paying for the service once the truck was dropped off at the drop-off location and taking the credit card information was just for back-up. Upon returning the truck and rereading the contract we realized that the payment had already gone through.
