Truck had a transmission problem and we were constantly worried it would conk out in the middle of the road. Not given a spare key to the truck Return location was street parking behind a grocery store but when i went to return the truck that street parking was full so I parked 100m further up the road and the store owner called to say that it was the wrong return location and I had to move the truck to the proper spot since the other cars had now moved (after I left). It was a staurday and the parking location wouldnt become 2hr parking until monday morning
MATTHEW CWe had pre-arranged pick-up for 9:30am before the shop opened at 10am, days earlier on the phone with U-Haul, but for some reason this was not activated when we went to pick up. So we called, and we had to wait until 10am because it hadn't been activated or something. Inconvenient experience especially as a first-time user, but overall went fine.
