Parking location is along a busy road. All of the sign out/sign in process requires you to dodge between cars to snag photos. App is one of the worst I've ever used. My return process was: Step 1: picture of the odometer and fuel level Step 2: short questionnaire about truck status Step 1: picture of the odometer and fuel level Step 2: short questionnaire Step 3: more questions Step 4: photos of the truck, dodging traffic the whole time Step 1: picture of the odometer. ... You get the picture. After 20 minutes and three full photo shoots while dodging traffic, plus many extra steps, including one time where I got through all five steps and the app said I was done, then refused to show the truck as returned and started me at step 1 again, I think the truck was returned? Who's to say? Not this app... Step 4: picture of the odometer and fuel level

Disorganized, at first told me I didn’t have a reservation. Check in took a long time. The inside of the van was dirty. I filled the gas tank up - the reading was pointing to beyond full - when I picked it up it was just pointing to full. I told that to the sales person and he didn’t care. I am frustrated that I over payed for gas. Overall, it ended up being an expensive van rental for under 4 hours of use.

DAVID DThe customer service was friendly and great. The only detail that was off was the fuel at start wasn’t a half tank it was below. I returned the van at the same level and I believe I was charged slightly for not returning at a half tank level.
