I can't fault the location specifically but uhaul in general. I made a booking where the truck was guaranteed at the location specified. Turns out that guarantee isn't worth shit. I got a call the day before the booking saying they don't have a truck available at that location but have a truck at a further away location. I agreed to the new location if they provided a discount for the extra distance. I was told my kilometre usage cost would be dropped to $0.79. Just got the receipt and they charged me the regular rate of $1.19.
Ryan RThe location is also a store that sells everything, including a large range of perfumes. It stinks! The smell is overwhelming. The truck needs work. No wiper fluid. Check engine light was on. The truck was filthy and not well maintained.
Jennifer MGreat service, very friendly and professional. Blankets were very dirty and compromised the way I had to bundle and move fragile items. Back cargo area had some loose gravel and dirt. Otherwise really great.
