The lack of customer service, information and blatantly not caring about customer satisfaction, is unacceptable. Besides the fact that the clerk refused to add the insurance after he had taken my ID, he didn't know any answers to the questions I was asking, then phoned his boss and was rude enough to speak in a foreign language right in front of me. Then told me his boss said no. When I CALLED UHAUL customer service, the people on the other end hung up.on me...TWICE. I don't know who owns this company now, but this is the 3rd time I have had issues with Uhaul. Unacceptable

Fix your app. It showed no availability for the equipment I wanted buti a call determined that was not the case! Last time I used uhaul my experience sucked and I was supposed to get a credit. Did I? No. Although I did get access to confidential info on another uhaul customer including their CC info . . .
BRUCE CThe new management is not as good with the details of Uhaul rentals. I was thinking about adding tge insurance for tge weekend, but when I asked for it to be added, the employee stated that he couldn't add it now that he was finished the contract. He refused to add the insurance, as it would be more work for him. He was speaking to his boss in a language I didn't understand so I don't know the details
GERALDINE GArea is too congested. Should be designated truck parking in the rear. Software did not work for submitting pictures of the vehicle.
Lynne PThey build me for not filling the gas tank and I filled it to the brim and they charged me $60 almost and I am not happy about this ... They don't answer their phone and their location is not well lit with signs identifying your company as an agency they should take pride and do so
