Christian NI can't fault the location specifically but uhaul in general. I made a booking where the truck was guaranteed at the location specified. Turns out that guarantee isn't worth shit. I got a call the day before the booking saying they don't have a truck available at that location but have a truck at a further away location. I agreed to the new location if they provided a discount for the extra distance. I was told my kilometre usage cost would be dropped to $0.79. Just got the receipt and they charged me the regular rate of $1.19.
Ryan RThe location is also a store that sells everything, including a large range of perfumes. It stinks! The smell is overwhelming. The truck needs work. No wiper fluid. Check engine light was on. The truck was filthy and not well maintained.
