I was overcharged. I had estimated that I would use 30 miles when I rented it, and she explained that I would only get charged for what was actually used. I actually used 25 miles but was charged for 30. I don't know if this is a UHaul technique for increasing revenue. I will underestimate the miles next time.
GLENN Pat time of p/u on 8/28/2025 I was informed that the gas tank was FULL. I drove a TOTAL OF 13 miles, and I fueled 4 GALLONS OF GAS for $15. The so-called "managers" at this facility were not honest about the transaction. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!!
