The location was fine and the personnel helpful; however, it was not the location that I picked and I never received a phone call or email or text from UHAUL informing me of the change in my location and I found out when I went to my initial pick up location, which was highly inconvenient.
TIFFANY SGreat business and excellent service! Unfortunately the truck drove horrible. Honestly I think it needed a service. Felt like a tire was going to blow or the belts were broken in a couple tires. But this wasn’t their fault and thankfully I made it back safely.
Tracy HTruck was clean and ready. Lady at counter was very sarcastic and unpleasent to deal with.
