The trucks driving condition was absolutely horrible. The door opened when I was driving and it needs an alignment. The wheel turns all the way left just to go straight. My experience with the truck was horrible.

David D.The biggest issue is that I locked my cell phone in the truck when I returned it to the location on a holiday. I called the customer service center and they indicated there was no way for me to get my phone out of the locked truck until the day following the holiday. There was no emergency contact of any kind to try to contact for assistance. I think this is an oversight on U-Haul's part. While I don't expect the individual to get the phone immediately, I would think there would be an emergency contact for situations like this.
