Having availability to pick up while the location is open. Useing 24/7 is not user friendly and under time restraints this did not work out with complications. Had to ask for help via Uhaul, App was not good and kept going in circles asking for same info and never getting anywhere. Was upset I was charged to a dolly when I never received that in my truck and since location is closed we had to go without.

AJACK FReally dislike the "fully automated" nature of uhaul's business model. I would have gladly paid more money to upgrade to a larger truck when I arrived had there been an actual human present who could get into one truck and move our moving pads to the new truck. Impossible over the phone with someone in india. This is turning into a dystopian nightmare. The truck was also dirty in the back and I had to clean it before using. Why am i doing all of the work and paying hundreds of dollars anyway? Why don't people want to show up to their own businesses and be passionate about something? Bring back human businesses in 2026. Jesus Christ.

Nicholas MThe office was closed all day only allowing in app pick up and drop off the app wasn't working properly it took three phone calls and 45 mins to pick up a truck. And to top things off I was charged twice because of the app and I know have to wait for a dispute to get my money back.
