I rented a truck for a day and time period. I entered the miles I planned to use on the rental. The estimate said $43 and change. I saw the $1.39 per mile and read it that that is applied OVER my estimate of 200 miles that I entered. So I thought my rental was around $50 plus cost of fuel and it ended up being $376?!? Won't be back. I also had trouble with the app and online at both pick up and drop off. Customer service said it wasn't me and they had experienced other calls similar to mine from this location. Very bad experience.

Ira WYou have to use the mobile app at this location. Plan on an extra 30 to 45 minutes to even be able to pick this truck up here.. it asked you to download stuff and it won’t read it you end up having to call and wait on the line. The truck was completely on empty.. They put me on hold while they call some surface rep. Fix the gas situation but they ended up keeping me on hold and hung up on me. We figured that out ourselves. . You are , totally doing the job for them.. truck was dirty. What was the first time I’ve ever had a really bad experience with U-Haul.
