Poor customer service. Gave us a truck with a tire that was bald and refused to service it. Didn't have the equipment we reserved three weeks in advance.

They didn't have the car dolly we reserved 3 weeks ahead of time. The uhaul truck they gave us had a flat tire and they suggested we bring it to the gas station to put air in it. (They are a mechanic garage) We had to call uhaul to service the truck that was making the drive from Florida to Michigan and after the tire was "fixed" it still wouldn't hold air. It's better to pay extra for a moving company!! My experience with Mike's Garage and uhaul has persuaded me to never use uhaul again
Mark NYou inflated the fuel charge by $9.35. My friend & I verified the guage was 3/4 full just like it was in Melbourne at the start of the trip.

KEVIN NGood service. Very helpful nice guy working there gets the trailers and hooks them up. I tried to call before returning the trailer but the calls never went through. Tried numerous times. Otherwise, a decent experience.
