This was a terrible return experience. I arrived to return the vehicle at 5:06 and the location closes at 5:00. As I pulled into the lot, the person working was strolling out. Rather than taking a moment to say, I'm sorry, we are closed, you can pull across the street and complete the after hours checkout, she says nothing at that time. I proceeded to sweep the back of the vehicle out and then she starts screeching that I had to get out, she needed to lock the gate, I was late getting back, she needed to lock the gate, she needs to be down in fort pierce and I was supposed to be back 8 minutes ago. I was unable to take the photos to do the online check out, and let's face it, who want to be screamed at in a chaotic manner when all she had to do was ask me to pull across the street. I had to call corporate to complete the checkout but had no idea of the milage. I was then charged an extra rental day the next day for being 6 minutes late (if that's the policy then that's the policy, but I don't need to be yelled at while getting penalized for the late return). Quite honestly, 6 minutes late does not seem to warrant an extra days rental fee in my book either. I will never use this location again.

I returned the rental the afternoon before it was due and the truck was never checked in as of the following morning.
KEVIN ODo NOT use the U-Haul app ESPECIALLY AT MIKE'S GARAGE for mobile pick up. It would not close out my rental at drop off. It showed I traveled 226 miles instead of 28. U-Haul said the previous rental had not been closed and they were absolutely useless. In 2025 they couldn't get it together to fixt this. It was a nightmare getting this fixed. Horrible experience. I should have gone with Home Depot. I don't know why Mike's saw only my rental and not the other. But their number does not work so this is why I am writing their review. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Mia SI started to use the app but then it began to ask for my first born.. and I was on a time limit. At first the office at the location seemed reluctant to assist due to me choosing the app. However after multiple annoying questions on how to's, they were able to cancel and redo from the office. For that I give a 4 star. However the truck itself. Tires were bald and some began to show wires. check engine light was on, needed shocks on left side. Ants inside cab. No windshield washer fluid. Fluid wasnt checked with me. No place to climb and check it myself.
