The cab of the truck was clean. The scratches and dents were clearly marked. My biggest concern was the difficulty with the back door. It was difficult to open the lever and the door itself was VERY difficult to open and even harder to close. I have rented this exact style truck for many years now without any trouble. This one needs some work.
THERESA WAfter picking up the truck and driving 8 miles to storage unit I opened the cargo door to water everywhere, floor, attic, walls. They did give us an upgrade at no extra cost but it was dirty and the cab smelled like homeless people were camping in it. Odd there is a sign that says; a$25 fine for not sweeping out the truck! Where do we get a refund for us sweeping out before we use it! We could not use our toll road add on because the former renter used it and Sun Pass said it was already in use. U Hall needs to find a way to clear or charge previous renter for clearing.
