inside cab smelled terrible ,had to buy lysol to tolerate 700 mile trip

JOYA MThe woman who rented me the U-Haul was so patient with me. I had gone through something traumatic and needed to move everything I own quickly, so I was extremely stressed. I was an absolute mess and she went over everything clearly and efficiently. I am grateful. I had had several bad experiences booking the reservation over the phone, connecting with the chat, and changing incorrect information, but my in-person experiences were wonderful.
