I started to use the app but then it began to ask for my first born.. and I was on a time limit. At first the office at the location seemed reluctant to assist due to me choosing the app. However after multiple annoying questions on how to's, they were able to cancel and redo from the office. For that I give a 4 star. However the truck itself. Tires were bald and some began to show wires. check engine light was on, needed shocks on left side. Ants inside cab. No windshield washer fluid. Fluid wasnt checked with me. No place to climb and check it myself.

RICHARD CThe cab of the truck was clean. The scratches and dents were clearly marked. My biggest concern was the difficulty with the back door. It was difficult to open the lever and the door itself was VERY difficult to open and even harder to close. I have rented this exact style truck for many years now without any trouble. This one needs some work.
