Their office is still under construction, its a little "rough" but they got me in and out in 30 minutes. One of their contractors was smoking in the lobby while I was trying to check out which was annoying. The owner really was helpful and did have the trailer there as promised. His assistant helped hook it up and verified all lights functioned as they should. The problem is that the trailer had leaks in it. We moved a king size mattress and other boxes of clothes and furniture from Vicksburg ms to New Orleans in the rain. The whole edge of the mattress that was on the floor of the trailer was soaked with water that entered somewhere on the front of the trailer. The mattress was wrapped in stretch wrap prior to being placed in storage and the trailer leaked so badly that it was wet 14-16 inches up from the floor of the trailer (mattress was stored on a diagonal inside the trailer). My daughter had 3 boxes of clothes that were so wet that the box bottoms fell apart when we tried to move them.

The number on the contract didn’t match the number on the trailer because I had to switch trailers because of equipment issues the gentleman at Phoenix Auto Sales was very helpful and said that he would correct it but it would take him a while to do so. Instead of me waiting around for this he wrote it all out on my contract so I could leave. Big thank you to him.

took almost 2 hrs to get checked out. Operator had very bad time understanding computer. Truck was old and needs balljoints and overhaul. Almost didn't drive up hill in neighborhood. Car hauler parked in weeds & mud. Operator helped connect and strap down car. Tighten straps before leaving. Operator stacked up 2 pieces 2x4 to raise sports car. Crazy. 70 miles away stopped for gas. Noticed straps were no longer on wheels. Car just sitting there. Surprisingly didn't fly into truck or jump off side of hauler. Could have been fatal.
