How U-Haul Reviews WorkLow inventory but attendant was friendly. The attendant should nbot have to physically hook up a trailer. I do not like other people trying to "figure things out" on my vehicle. I coul;d use the app, hook up and take pics myself instead of waiting for the attendant.
Ward MPicking up the trailer was a Breeze !
Sherri wI stopped by a day before dropping off the trailer to get all the necessary information. They said it wouldn't be a problem and explained exactly where to leave it; they even mentioned that arriving after business hours on Saturday would be perfectly fine. I highly recommend this location.
ANDREI ENo personnel did my own drop off
