Giovanni NThe previous customer jammed the straps in the ratchet. The employee was very diligent in get it loose, even calling other workers for ideas. Eventually, he fixed it. We weren't in any rush, but he was very professional and helpful.
Phillip NThe uhaul system was completely down when we arrived ton pick b up the traile. The man who owned Goin Postal was working and was nice, apologized for the inconvenience and honestly went above and beyond to make everyone in the store feel like they were being taken care of despite the long wair. Highly recommend this location!
