David A.The back was not swept and the cab of the truck was dirty and smelled from the food garbage that was left in it.
Joy F.I reserved a truck a week in advance and when the time came to pick it up I was told the location I reserved the truck at did not have my truck I would have to pick up at a different location witch was about 11 miles away from me I was charged for the extra miles and that is not fair to me because they messed up! I had to drive 11 miles to pick up the truck then drive 11 miles back to where I needed the truck and then 11 miles back to drop it off, thats 33 miles I was charged for that was not my fault! When I did drop the truck off I was told the place was closed and would have to wait until Monday to get my deposit back, so now I have to drive another 11 miles there and another 11 miles back again wasting my own gas for their mistake, so no I'm not pleased at all with Uhaul!!!!
