It took an unreasonable amount of time to 'pick-up' the vehicle because the system claimed I was not at the location to such action. It was over 30 minutes to complete the process. Then, upon opening the truck at home, it seemed as if a landscaper had used the vehicle for work. It was full of grass, leaves and bits of stone and concrete. The entire back had to be sweated. Otherwise, the truck was fine.
John JI received truck at 3/4 tank. I filled it up thinking I would use the gas to return back to 3/4. It was returned full. Does uhaul reimburse for the extra fuel?
Alex LThe mobile pick up app is very inconvenient. There are too many points of verification. The process took over 45 minutes in the parking lot of the van I was renting. It was also raining at the time and the local business still had covid restrictions that wouldn't allow me to enter to get out of the rain. Ill be looking for other rental companies next time. Not to mention the previous renter left items in the back and the van was dirty.
