I reserved a unit which was supposed to be a 10x20x10 climate control and when I finished paying for the reservation, it showed two separate units "equaling" the unit I paid for. This is unacceptable. They should've mentioned they don't have a 10x29x10 single unit. I didn't know I paid for this.

Jason H | Overall ExperienceSince we rented a u-haul moving van, too, we were able to qualify for the first month free on the storage rental. That was a big factor because u-haul’s storage rental monthly fee is higher vs local storage unit company that we use.
