The older gentleman who made my rental truck reservation for me was very thorough and professional. His customer service skills was excellent. I will definitely return to this location again to rent U-Haul truck in the future

RUSLAN KHad a reservation for a specifically trailer, needed a different one. The associate was able to change it at the location, and bring the trailer to me out front. Was quick and easy.
BRODY WThe guy working the place was rude and had me wait while he cleaned out a uhaul truck and then laughed when my husband said thank you when he FINALLY gave me the keys. I would never go back to that location and instead of paying extra to go to another I will probably just go with Home Depot who has unlimited miles. That location is garbage. Always had excellent services at s. Plaza trail but I live further now. Sucked.
