Anna L.The app barely worked. It wouldn't load the information and kept having loading errors. I think was in part to the location of the truck and the minimal service. The app was so annoying I don't know if I will rent a U-Haul again for a future purchase.
Amanda G.I rent a U Haul auto transport trailer several times a year. They are usually great trailers. This one had a really bad vibration that I could really feel in the cab of my pick up.
