The personal was Misleading and not helpful! The truck was literally falling apart! Stay away from that location!

Taylor EI was very disappointed in the lack of help from the location. There is very little room to maneuver your vehicle in order to hook up the rental and it was near impossible to do so. The employee didn’t even show me which trailer was mine, which other u-haul locations always do and offer some assistance. Overall, I will never return to this location or recommend it.
KRISTINA OI had to both hookup and then when I returned it, unhook the motorcycle trailer by myself.
