The staff was very helpful and considerate and the truck was clean. My problem was with the truck itself. In order to drive the truck you had to put it in third gear instead of the drive on the transmission. This made me feel uncomfortable driving at 55 and when driving the truck at night the dash lights did not come on so you could not tell what speed you were driving at. I have never had any problems with the trucks or vans I have rented. This is the first time I had a problem with the rental.
Jeffrey HConnor was great. The actual process through uhal was abysmal. Terrible service over the phone trying to rectify a billing issue. Everytime attempts to fix, the price went up. 1 star for uhaul.
