The vehicle's performance was unsatisfactory. During my journey to the intended destination, I observed significant operational issues, including excessive noise and compromised braking effectiveness. Consequently, I returned to the point of origin to address these concerns with the responsible individual. The individual indicated that the vehicle's age was a known factor and that no prior complaints had been registered, asserting that the vehicle presented no issues from their perspective. This incident resulted in an uncompensated expenditure of mileage due to the necessary return. As a consistent client, I felt compelled to proceed with the vehicle despite my discomfort, given an impending deadline. I was subsequently charged $86.00 for this experience. I am profoundly disappointed and experienced considerable apprehension while operating the vehicle.

The passenger side brake/marker light and drivers side red small marker light were not working. I brought it to the attention of the counter persons and he said all he could do is refund charges and try to find another trailer at another location. Didn’t have time for that so I took the trailer, purchased a brake/marker light from Auto Zone for $15.00 and replaced myself, didn’t want to get a ticket.

MICHAEL DAs soon as I departed the facility, the trailer was making noise. I just thought because it was empty that was the reason. When we loaded up the trailer, we drove about 1.5 hours north and found that the tire was bald on one side and "bubbled". we called road assistance and finally about 4.5 hours later we did get some help. We missed our reservation for a hotel and had to pay for a night not used. I have left a message as soon as we were completed with the rental but NO ONE HAS CALLED OR EMAILED on this issue. I have been a very good customer and feel that when something goes wrong, UHAUL does not want to deal with it. Terrible.
THOMAS LI was given a truck that wouldn’t even change gears, received a new one now I’m being told I drive 180 miles when I barely went 10 miles !!!! I’ve never had this experience with uhaul before renting from ideal storage !!!!
