WILLIAM SBetter advertising…the location is confusing with another u-haul authorized dealer right across the street.
ROBERT LI got charged on my debit card on 11/16 I saw it my transaction. Then I get an email on 11/29 saying it wasn’t paid and was going to collection. I replied to that email asking for an explication of what was going on which I was not contact and the on 11/30 I was charged again which overdrew my bank account them upon looking at the receipt it was very different from the one I signed.
Bobby MUnaware that I had reserved and was picking up a trailer, even though it was the only trailer parked in their lot; did not have a dolly for me after I had reserved one; I asked for boxes and was told "we don't have any", but then I asked them to check and low and behold, they had plenty; complete apathy towards the customer.
