THOMAS BRented a one-way trailer. Took to a loading destination, loaded unit and then notice tire with low pressure (11 lbs). Called back site of rental and while only 5-6 miles away they said that only roadside assistance was available to help. through eval process, it was determined that tire should be replaced. Mechanic arrived and determined ball bearing was shot and would ruin new tire and was not capable of making it to my final destination. The mechanic convinced support to replace unit. It took til near 10:30 pm but I got a good trailer and was able to complete my move in original time frame. I appreciate the local mechanic that diagnosed and replaced the damaged trailer! Disappointed that 57 Marathon did not recognize the issue with the trailer.
