Inform your customer about the text message photo requirement. I was charged an extra 14 dollars that I shouldn't have been because the attendant didn't tell me I was going to receive a text message to snap pictures of the gas level and I filled up the tank prior to seeing the message. It's bullspit and a rip off and I will be going to a different location to get my truck next time as I was told IN PERSON after informing the attendant of the issue to not worry about it and I would not be charged extra.
