JACOB HOpted for mobile check in when I reserved the rental. When I got there and tried to check in and pick up the rental the mobile app just said to call a number for assistance. When I called the number the estimated wait time was 1 hour. I was able to check in with the person at the location but was given no information on why I wasn’t able to use the mobile check in.
