I didn’t ask for the 15 dollar coverage but was charged anyways. I didn’t ask for the money back when I was check out because the gentleman behind the counter was busy taking care of gas station duties as well as the U-Haul side of things.

Joe PMake sure the lights on the trailer work before letting a customer take it off the lot. One of the lights was blown and I had to buy temporary tow lights so I didnt cause an accident.
Cyanne HThe website communication beforehand and equipment rental went very well. However, returning the truck in the darkness of night after this location was closed was a bit confusing at first. It is a gas station but the main entrance was blocked off. Then I turned around and saw the small dirt entrance. I feel that it would be good if the location communicated this to the customer in advance.when the equipment is rented.
