This is out of control for the owner but to get in and out was horrible due to construction. The grounds were really muddy. Possibly have more cement in the grounds.

Billie CAs for rating the personnel I never saw a single person or entered their facility. So I answered no on both questions. I arrived before they opened at 8:45 am. I waited until 9 am the posted opening time when no one showed up I called the number that was on the door. No answer nor a call back. Personally I like to do face to face returns on everything. Especially things like vehicle returns not a computer or phone. So I wasn't impressed.
Cydni RIt to the guy 3 days to check the vehicle back in!? And now I'm being charged for damage that was there when I dropped off. I don't see that to be be right
