We arrived at 8:30 AM on Saturday. It was supposed to open at 8:00 AM. No one there. No place to park the truck and trailer. Used the U-Haul mobile App which was very good way to check out.Anthony S.

The drop off location wasn't working with the app and gps so I had to go pick it up and take it somewhere else. The location I was emailed for pickup didn't match the actual location where I needed to go. The Hi-View Mini Mart in Owasso where I dropped the truck off at isn't a good location. Twice when we have used them they are upset when I've asked for a receipt. He asked me a few questions and told me I was good and that I'd receive an email. I believe he lied to me, because I didn't receive an email until he printed me one out. I feel like that location doesn't act with the best integrity.Ryan H.

We dropped off during business hours, but couldn't find anyone there. Door was locked. There were no clear directions for key drop off or for parking. We were a little confused, but were glad everything seemed to be worked out on our email receipt. :)GREGORY T.

This place is a joke...can't get contract/ paperwork right, can't get payments right to where they wanna double charge u, and definitely can't get drop off information right to where they keep hounding u even after uve dropped off at their location.... I will never use them again...and will definitely not recommend anyone I know to use them either ...I've never had so much trouble before with anything like thisAmbra R.
The ramp on that truck has been cut down to half it's length and made for a very steep climb when loading and unloading.Kevin S.

On a Saturday there was no one present at office however there was a phone number on the inside of door. Once called it took 5-10 Min. for Norman to show up. Might suggest a permanent sign with info large enough elderly people don't have to leave there vehicle.Ronald O.

Nobody was there for the drop off and I had to call and leave a message..... during normal business hours on a Monday..... continued to wait, we decided to drop trailer and call again to at least fleet them know. About 2 hours later, received an email that trailer was checked in.george S.
Make sure everything that is supposed to be ready and done is taken care of. The truck wasn't swept out, the gas was lower than it was supposed to be, and there were roaches in it, so we had to fog it before it was loaded with our belongings.Tiffany B.

I was charged for insurance I declined and then waited while the representative contacted haul and was told it would be reversed, but it never was. My printed invoice shows a total around $30 less than what went through my bank account. The location was not clean at all either.Katie W.

I made an online reservation on the morning of October 7, 2016 for a 20ft truck, an appliance dolly, a furniture dolly and a dozen moving pads. I had created my Uhaul account and completed my express check in online thinking that I would be able to save some time as I was led to believe. I then waited for a Uhaul representative to call me to confirm the time and place to pick up the truck. I finally received a call at 6:27PM and was directed to pick up the truck, equipment and pads at this Wagoner U Store It place at 9:00AM the next day. I show up the next day at 9:00 AM and I see the truck, but there was no one at the office. After a thirty minute wait, hoping someone would show up, I start making some calls and was finally able to get someone there to to let me have a truck and equipment. I gave him my name and order number and told him I did the express online check in. He couldn't pull up the information on his antiquated computer and I had to give him all the information I entered online. After he talked with someone on the phone at corporate office about my reservation, he prints out a contract for me to sign. I look it over and notice that there is no mention of moving pads or the dollies I had reserved online. He said that he did not have those in his inventory and that I should go down the street to another Uhaul agent to pick those things up. To my understanding, when I make a reservation, the truck and all equipment and moving pads were guaranteed to be at the agreed upon time and location. This was not the case, as I had to go to two separate Uhaul places to get everything I had resrved. It took almost three hours to finally get everything I needed. I was not happy about the whole thing.Michael S.
