Person running the location was not on sight. Called the posted number and he said he would be there in a few minutes. Appointment was for 9 am. He showed up at 9:25. Was not friendly or apologetic.

Mark LI waited for an hour in the office while the shop employee called their internet provider to pay the bill so he could pull up my rental reservation. He offered no remorse or reimbursement. I will never use them again.
CHRISTOPHER VGuy finally answer phone to schedule drop off and said just leave the truck and put key in night drop I will check it back in later . He was not very nice
