I went after hours and did not receive a code for the key lockbox. We've been there before after hours and received this code. So I call uhaul, and she tells me she doesn't have the code for that location because it showed to "go into the office for the key." She did offer to find other uhauls in the area but I was already at the location and the other locations were closed by 7pm. She told me to hang up with her and her boss would call my number right back. Did he call? No, of course not. Did I get the uhaul I needed for my 6:30am event the next day? No.

Had to pick up from a different location. I had requested a dolly and furniture blankets, but the back of the truck was empty.
NICHOLAS ZIt's close to home so very easy to access. Hard to talk to anyone because the site is fenced in and always locked. You have to yell across a lot to get someone's attention.
Thomas BWorst experience ever with a U-Haul business. The place is solely remote. No assistance from workers who answer phone calls. My phone calls went straight to voicemail, the worker ignored my calls/blocked my number. The business would benefit from having someone physically there to help customers. A total waste of my time and money, I never want to work with this business again. Trucks should be serviced and maintained to prevent accidents from happening to customers who rent them. The truck we rented had the check engine light on, the driver side door was hard to close shut and I needed to push down real hard on the gas pedal/brake pedal to go or slow down/stop.
Vaimoana AImpossible to get a hold of anyone when you need help. Super awkward location in a shit neighborhood where you get stuck outside a locked fence that says no trespassing waiting for someone to notice you to pass off a dolly. Terrible location.
